At the end of the twentieth century, Craig Cunningham purchased a small retail shop in southern California. A month later he was buying bundles from Gilberto Oliva, Guillermo Rico & Nick Perdomo. A month after that he traveled with his friend to Nicaragua to learn about the cigar manufacturing process, and ended up meeting Nestor Plasencia. While cultivating these relationships he soon determined he wanted to create his own brand. Nestors cousins AJ Fernandez and Jesus Fuego were also interested in starting brands of there own at the time. He worked with all of them but eventually purchased his own small factory and convinced Gonzola Puentes to run it. Today they manufacture a top quality boutique cigar from some of the best tobacco on the planet.
